Well, except for regularizing logging. (I wanted to start it out clean for the new year.) Otherwise, it doesn't make a logical place to start doing any sort of self improvement programme. (and I already have one defined with a rather lazy schedule -- that is -- do things in the order you figure them out and not otherwise))

I've cut out ginseng from my diet completely. As far as I can tell it was
inhibiting the most interesting ways of falling to sleep. (too excitatory? I'm
not certain of the mechanism, but I know it's not the way to go).

While the ginseng magnified the motivation to write with my left hand,
it didn't affect the amount of substance in that writing. (in fact, I think
that I've been waaaay too vague for an aeon and I think that
I shouldn't filter what I speak most of the time).

Tonight was good. First, the massage party was good, I ran into John and Shoshanna in Davis^2 in snackfinding and then went to Andor. Massive amounts
of suspects people. Ran into Roland and Kat(sp? --- yes, I can't remember her nick/name). At eight thirty I went to teafox's party and saw lots of good people. And now I'm at work (anyone got a sort of entry level real sysadmin position available? waaaah). I'm a little toasty right now but my brain is still in complete working order. Oh, thanks to lyonesse for the hand massage. Now for eight more hours of mucking with my hands. (and her scapula and attached muscles should be feeling good). Wasn't there a protest tomorrow?

I grok something. Time to alter a feedback loop.

One of my cow orkers called in sick today. So I'm working to 12pm. I'm really
tired at the moment.

I've finally got a soild month worth of sleep logs. When I'm less tired I shall
figure out how long (on average) I stay awake (in contiguous awake-staying
intervals of time), and how long I sleep (again, on average).

1. list goals. all of them in various time scales.
2. turn list into dependency tree.
3. consult cs knowledgable folk about analyzing said tree

(I think I need to get out more)
